Generally, a wig should be washed after 10-14 wearings, but this can vary.
When it is time to wash your wig, brush it to remove all teasing, tangles, and hair spray.

Swirl the wig in a mixture of cold water and a small amount of shampoo, soak for a few minutes,
then rinse it in cold water.

Wrap the wig in a towel will help remove excess water.

Drape the wig over a wig stand, and let it dry overnight.
Dos & Don’ts
- ○ Do use a wide-tooth comb not the standard hairbrushes because they can create excessive tension, over stretching the hair and damaging it.
- ○ Do use a mild shampoo and make sure the hair is fully wet prior to put any shampoo.
- ○ Do apply the shampoo on your hand or in a sink/basin, not directly to the hair.
- ○ Do understand the conditioner is really important! Leave the conditioner to hair for 2-3 minutes will help maintain soft and smooth.
- ○ Do air dry the wig, not directly under sunlight.
